Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days across Canada. Major cities (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg) typically receive orders within 1-2 business days. Remote areas and territories may take 2-4 business days. Tracking numbers are provided within 1 business day of dispatch.
Free Shipping
Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping to any address in Canada — from British Columbia to Newfoundland. For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies. We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories.

Returns & Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. All claims must include photos of the issue.
