Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Email us at [email protected] and we will confirm the cancellation. Then place your new order.
When does my order ship out?
Your order will ship one day after your payment has been received and confirmed. All orders and payment received by 6:00pm will be shipped the next business day. Sorry, we only ship within Canada
What are the shipping charges?
All orders over $200 are shipped free of charge with Purolator (2-4 Days). For orders under $200 there is a $25.00 shipping charge also for Purolator.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Interac E-transfer payments through an online bank or credit union. To find out more please see our handy video tutorial. Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.
The tracking number you provided doesn't work?
We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 12-36 hours.
What happens if i don't get my package?
If you don’t get your package two days after the expected delivery date, contact us at [email protected]. We will then immediately start a trace with Canada Post. The Canada Post trace can take up to 5 business days.
